The labeling<\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>

Each piece of Se\u00f1or\u00edo de Los Pedroches<\/strong> has seals of different colors depending on the breed of the Iberian pig and its diet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Se\u00f1or\u00edo de los Pedroches markets two brands: Se\u00f1or\u00edo de los Pedroches<\/em>, a brand attached to the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin of Los Pedroches and Ib\u00e9ricos de Se\u00f1or\u00edo<\/em>, complying in the same way with the quality and labeling characteristics of Iberian products regulated in the Royal Decree 4\/2014, of January 10.<\/p>\n

There are four types of seals for labeling hams and shoulders:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

BLACK - ACORN-FED 100% IBERIAN HAN AND SHOULDER<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

It identifies the Acorn-fed 100% Iberian Ham.<\/strong> During the \u201cMontanera\u201d months (October to March), the pigs in their fattening stage are fed on acorns and grass in the pasture.<\/p>\n

RED \u2013 ACORN-FED IBERIAN HAM AND SHOULDER<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>
