General information<\/h3>\n

Highly fruity and intense green olive.
Very complex on the smell, with an intense aroma of olive leaf, green banana, tomato, alloza and a touch of green apple as a secondary scent.<\/p>\n

This Hojiblanca monovarietal has a smooth and clean entry on the palate, very elegant bitterness and spiciness marked with a pleasant persistence of green almond in the mouth. The most characteristic aspect is the spiciness of chilli pepper, typical of green “Hojiblancas” olives, which appears very intensely after tasting.<\/p>\n
