Two generations of wisdom

 

Tradition and craftsmanship are the values that best define us. In these forty years we have maintained the traditional and natural processes for the elaboration of our products, inherited from our masters expert hands. This way of working, as in the past, has allowed us to produce hams of extraordinary quality.

 

The beggining

Natural food in the Dehesa

Valle de Los Pedroches is located in a unique and exceptional environment for the free-range breeding of the Iberian pig. These are fed in a completely natural way, which translates into a product full of flavor and with an incomparable texture.

Handmade process

From the Dehesa to our Curing Cellars

After aging, we continue with the different production phases (cutting, salting, drying…) in our natural cellars, where temperature and humidity play a fundamental role. The daily monitoring of the pieces by our master ham makers is essential throughout the process. Once cured, the selection of the product is carried out and those pieces that are going to be used for consumption are chosen.
