This EVOO from olives in veraison of the Picual variety in the countryside of Osuna. Envero is the optimum ripening point of the olive at which it changes colour from yellowish green to purple. This extra virgin is the result of a meticulous process of selection and care from the origin to the final product, a splendid juice of freshly squeezed olives.

High fruitiness with aromas evoking tomato plants, olive leaves, fresh grass and banana peel.

It has a sweet, smooth and clean taste on the palate, where the aromas mentioned above quickly intensify. Very pleasant and balanced bitterness and spiciness with a complex aroma of almond, artichoke, leaf and especially tomato plant. It has a pleasant persistence with astringency.
