The Semi-cured Pure Sheep's Cheese Señorío (400 g approx.) is produced in a traditional way by Señorío de Los Pedroches with pasteurised sheep's milk and natural rennet. It has irregular-sized eyes with a homogeneous distribution and a shiny ivory-white surface. It has a soluble, semi-hard texture, intense persistent aroma and a mild flavour with strong points.
CONSUMPTION
The cheese should be kept out of the refrigerator for the time necessary for it to reach a temperature of around 20ºC at which its flavour and aroma are at their full intensity.
