Shipping policy

  • Shipping costs will be free of charge for orders over 100€.
  • For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of 7€ (VAT included) will be applied. *For island orders it is necessary to contact our sales department by calling 957 12 11 67.
  • Orders are shipped within 24h-48h, from Monday to Thursday.

 

Methods of payment

To be able to pay for your order:

By credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron 4B, MasterCard. and Maestro).

Shipping:

We ship all over Spain.

For Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla the shipping of the order and its management (collection, tracking and cost of the same) is the responsibility of the customer. We collaborate with the company MRW, a reference company in the sector, whose objective is to guarantee optimum conditions in the shipment, care and reception of the order.

Shipping and logistics costs:

To ensure the maximum freshness of our products all orders are shipped within 24h-48h, from Monday to Thursday.

Once the orders are received, the Manufacturing Order is given or the order is prepared directly. To ensure the highest quality in our products, the preparation and shipping time is usually <24h and the customer receives the order in <48h.

*As long as orders are placed from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping costs are free of charge for orders over €100. In the event that the order is less than this amount, a shipping cost of 7€ (VAT included) will be applied.

Returns and exchanges

To return a food product you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, not being possible to return perishable goods and those that by their nature can deteriorate or expire quickly. Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery may not be returned.

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that both the product and its packaging arrive in perfect condition, being necessary to pack the items properly, in order to avoid possible deterioration during transport. To exercise this right you must complete and send to SEÑORÍO DE LOS PEDROCHES the communications indicated below as a document of revocation.

The customer must be informed that the right of revocation has the exceptions that are contemplated in art 103 of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, approved by Rela Decreto 1/2007 of 16 November and its subsequent amendments.

 

*Returns are not admitted for parts consumed more than 10% of the product and after 20 days of its delivery.
